In part, Conscious-Concern© means that content creators, media sponsors and promoters, are intentional about ensuring that their content or associations with content, demonstrates accuracy in narratives and representations.
We believe that just about everything is content.
Conscious-Concern© for accuracy in narratives and representations means that the continuum of content creators, media influencers and public speakers:
1) Seek to be consciously aware of existing false narratives and misrepresentations about a subject, object, geographic location, etc.
Conscious content creators care to avoid causing offense. They find out if there is anything they don’t know, they don’t know regarding the topic or subject of their content. They seek the appropriate education to ensure that their content and messaging is accurate in narratives and representations.
2) Seek to be consciously aware of the power that content creators have to cause harm through false or inaccurate narratives and misrepresentations, misinformation and disinformation.
Conscious content creators are intentional about being concerned whether if, how, when, where and why the construction of their content/messaging, or association with a message, will or can perpetuate or create false narratives and misrepresentations, contribute to manipulating discourses, marginalize people or cause other forms of harm to individuals, communities and society at-large.”
They are aware that association with such content, may among other negative outcomes, tarnish their brand, their credibility and diminish their customer's trust.
3) Realize that individuals and groups can take actions which have been inspired by their content
